Service. Where is it?

This morning i was reading and article in my Fast Company Magazine. The article was about Lewis Black. He is a comedian, and a lot of his material come from the service that he recieves. It is funny to me, so I thought I would share it with all (none) of my readers. This is a soapbox for me, so I decied to create a category dedicated to my service experiences: good or bad.
